The administration of YIT Corporation complies with the valid legislation, the company’s Articles of Association and the rules and regulations of bodies that regulate and supervise the operations of Finnish listed companies. YIT complies with the recommendations of The Finnish Corporate Governance Code approved by the Securities Market Association in June 2024. YIT has been listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange since 1995.
