In our projects, our aim is to continuously investigate alternative material, energy and production solutions and their environmental impacts. We strive to halve the material emissions of our self-developed construction by 2030 and enable carbon-neutral living in YIT Homes. For example, in 2021, we completed our second modular wooden apartment building. In the future, we will plan all our self-developed projects to meet the requirements of A energy class.
We operate in Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
